What happens to the baby?

Try to get used to the thought that you are gaining weight. This is a process you cannot stop while you are pregnant. With an appropriate regime, healthy nutrition and slight exercises during the pregnancy, as well as with an active sport practice after the birth, you will quickly get in your clothes from the period before getting pregnant.

When you look at yourself in the mirror, do not think about how your body changes, but about how a little creature you will love more than everything grows inside you. This week you should ...

have breakfast regularly – Do you like couscous? If you have already imagined it to your liking, here is the good news – it is more than a suitable breakfast that supplies enough proteins to your body.
